    Hi,

    Im being told that my headset is making a buzzing sound but i cant hear it. This only happens when the controller is hardwired with or without the batteries in. As soon as i remove the lead its fine. Any fixes?

    When I plug in my controller charger, my headset game volume gets increased tremendously.

    Turtle Beach XO7 headset has game audio customization and mic settings based on the noise level of your environment. My two cents would be that when you plug in the controller charger cable the volume of the headset increases to overcome the plug in noise.
