Tenho notado algumas pessoas postando este mesmo problema aqui no forum esses dias, deve ser algum bug da última atualização que provavelmente será corrigido na próxima. Até lá, tente seguir esses passos para tentar resolver seu problema:

• Desconecte o fone de ouvido ou o cabo do fone de ouvido na parte inferior do controle e reconecte-o com firmeza ao controle (na porta de expansão de um fone de ouvido ou na porta de 3,5 mm de um fone de ouvido de 3,5 mm para bate-papo).

Observação Se você tiver um fone de ouvido de 3,5 mm, nunca puxe o cabo do fone de ouvido ao removê-lo do controle. Remova o headeset do controle puxando no corpo do plugue do headset.
