Headset mic wont work

I have a stealth 600 gen 2 ps4 wireless headset and when I unmute the mic by pulling it down no one can hear me but I hear myself and anything going on in the computer. how do I fix this?

if it helps I had tried to turn it off and on, reconnect the transmitter, and I had even let the transmitter and the headset itself sit for over 10 minutes by them self with the pc off as well.

I cant access the volume option in settings. Wont let me select volume. Headset and mic not working.

Headset and mic working fine. Turned on sytem and mute button stays on. Headset work and mic work fine but wont work when plugged into controller

You will probably need a headset adapter to bypass the 3.5mm input which may be faulty but have a look at this Support
article to update headset.

even the Skype test

Still wont work

then is you request a repair etc. they want you to pay for a new headset

Hello, I had not tried it on other devices as of now but I will see if the issue if apparent for both pc or Ps4. I've also looked into the software for Turtle Beach and it had not given me an option to "Restore" or "Update" as of now

Edit: Yes it seems that this issue with the headset hearing only my voice and the system itself is apparent on both PC, and Ps4
