    Headset malfunctioning randomly


    I have an Astro A40 headset that I've been using with my Xbox one for quite some time, but recently I've been getting the worst bugs and glitches. The headset will now sometimes randomly cut out all audio or go to static. Loud sounds like explosions, and
    when there are multiple sounds meshing at once seems to cause major distortion and cause loud, ear-piercing feedback. When my connection lags or falters the problems are worsened 10 fold, even in party chat with voice distortion of my friends. I know that
    this is not an issue with the headset because I use it on on my PS4 with none of these issues ever happening. I've tried switching controllers, I've used the headset with and without the adapter (I have an elite controller so I tried to use the audio jack),
    and I've made sure all my controllers are up to date. If anybody has any ideas on how to fix this issue, I'm all ears.

    I think I`m hacked for the second time in a worst way

    Your console can't be 'hacked' to randomly turn off. This isn't WATCH_DOGS. It's malfunctioning. Send it in for repair.

    How to stop beeping nose from Xbox One Mono Headset

    As soon as I gotten my Xbox One system last night then set it up, I tried testing the mono headset. A few minutes after I inserted it , I started hearing a beeping noise from the output of the headset. Is there some way to fix this or does that mean the

    Your console can't be 'hacked' to randomly turn off. This isn't WATCH_DOGS. It's malfunctioning. Send it in for repair.

    there are a lot of headsets like the astro and turtle beach are these not good because they wont get the update like you said?

    Issues binding my controller with the headset plugged in

    This issue was resolved by replacing the headset. Once done all the quirks I was experiencing went away.

    If your controller works fine with the headset unplugged, but does some odd things like randomly disconnect, not "see" the xbox when turned on, randomly switch to kinnect for chat... I strongly suggest replacing the headset.
