    Headset making weird noise when connected to new xbox but not phone


    I recently bought a lucidsound ls50x for my xbox series s and when i play any type of audio it makes a buzzing and glitch sound and it just started today it works fine on my phone but when i connect it to my xbox it doesnt please help spent a lot of money on this headset.

    *They will be able to give you more details on why this is happening, apparently it's not a hardware issue, as you said works fine on your smartphone, it could be a software compatibility issue between your headset and Xbox, only them can help with that.

    My headset is way different compared to that one my dongle is newer and doesn't blink twice when I do that it rapidly blinks

    Hold the xbox button for a few seconds until it turns off completely, then proceed with the other steps.

    The sound doesnt go away unless i turn off the headset now i cant even connect it to my xbox
