Headset into USB-C port

I'm sorry to say, but the USB-C port on the Xbox controller allows you to:

1. Charge the device once a play and charge kit is connected.

2. Connect the controller wired to your console, PC or another compatible device.

At the moment, the only way to connect a headset is by using the 3.5 mm jack connector or by using a wireless headset compatible with Xbox consoles.

Yesterday (12/1/2021), I experienced extremely choppy audio in Warzone. Thinking this may be a wireless issue, I unplugged the XBox Wireless Adapter and used the USB-C port for audio (USB-C to USB-C). Guess what? I still had choppy audio on the Xbox Wireless headset! I switched to an older 3.5 mm headphone, and the audio was fine.

I think switching to a wired headset is a good idea at this point, as the Scruffy Fuzzy said above.
