Headset for the hard of hearing

why isn’t there a headset designed for people who are hard of hearing.. luckily I’m able to hear some what without my hearing aids but I’m fed up off feeling left out and not been able to communicate whilst playing online gaming.. shouldn’t hard of hearing people
be able to join in.. you have colour blind settings.. when are you going to make a headset with will work along side hearing aids

Why doesn't anyone talk anymore?

My two cents: people just got tired of hearing the kids yelling and swearing in matches. Personally, I like only hearing my friends talk when I play.

My other two cents: I have a hard time finding headsets that work all the time. I can't even remember how many headsets have broken on me. Sometimes it is just easier to not bother with trying to find a working headset before playing.

XBOX ONE X I hear some popping,crackling,static noise in the games.

Hi.

I started to hearing some very annoying noise with headset few days ago. Doesn't matter wich game or headset or controller. I tested every option.

Small popping,crackling,static noise randomly.

I did:

Hard reset

Test with other controller, other batteries,usb cabel

Other headset (but i hearing the noise on the TV's speakers also)

Turn off the console and pull of the power for 10sec.

Nothing help.

My friend also hear that from 3-4days like me.

Any idea? We can just wait for new system update?

The color blind setting is just a software setting change on the video. I would not expect Xbox to have a specialized headset for what you're looking for.

Search online for "headset for hard of hearing 3.5mm"

If you have a newer controller, it will have a 3.5mm jack where you can purchase and use your headset of choice for your needs as long as it has a 3.5mm jack and it uses the CTIA standard that Android phones use.

Hi.

The headset is not being detected. i am unable to hear anything.

headset is ok because i can hear sound when i connect it to a pc.

going to do hard reset now.

any more ideas ?

How are you?

Hard reset your headset, clear your console's MAC and also check that the middle bar in the chat mixer isn't all the way to the right. After doing all the steps, join a party chat and see if your friend can hear you and if you can hear the sound of the games.

To perform a hard reset of the headset:

Plug the USB-C cable into the headset and position yourself next to your console, Windows 10 device, or a power outlet with a USB connection (do not plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the console, PC, or outlet yet).

Hold down the headset’s power button and the mute button simultaneously (both buttons are located on the left earcup), and then quickly plug the USB-C cable into your console, PC, or outlet.

If the hard reset is successful, the headset should power off.

Turn the headset back on. (If you continue to hold down the power button throughout the hard reset process, the headset will power off and then power back on.)

Note If you hear a tone and the headset’s power light rapidly flickers orange and white, it means you have cleared the headset’s pairing info and not triggered a hard reset. If this happens, try the steps above again.

Clean your console's MAC

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

It's hard to offer advice without knowing what you are using, tell us about your setup. Are you trying to hear game sound on TV, headset or a receiver? What kind of TV, headset or receiver?

I'm hearing impaired, I can't use a headset i have Bluetooth enables hearing aids and I have a device called com pilot 2 made by the same manufacture as my hearing aids I would love to be able to use that for my headset headsets are not amplified enough and is not programmed to make up for certain frequencies that I have a hard time hearing and I can't wear a headset over the aids because of the high pitch feedback. this com pilot enables me to converse on the phone i can have this device plugged into the tv i can hear the tv just fine i just cant speak to my teammates or even teach unless i type and typing during game sucks
