    so I have an Xbox 1s, I have my headset plugged in and everything seems fine but when I go through the different things I cant hear, I go to my music stuff, you tube, Netflix etc. and just cant hear, the only thing I can is me blowing in my mic. The headset
    I have is Lvl 1 Afterglow.

    Either play around with the headset jack, or test that the headset works by plugging it in to other devices, like a pc.
