Headset Control Game XBox One

Thanks for getting back to us. I would like to ask what kind of headsets are you using? Are they chat headset or stereo headset? Reason I ask is due to the fact that the Xbox One console does not transmit game sounds or music through the Xbox
One Chat Headset. If you're looking for an Xbox One headset that provides both game and chat audio, see Set up and troubleshoot
your Xbox One Stereo Headset.

Another thing I would suggest is to try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
updating the first controller again. If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. Also,
Try your Xbox One Stereo Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will need to be replaced.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, If you have not already checked the controller go ahead and make sure that the

Controller is Updated. Also, what headset is it that you are using for the console? Would these be third party headsets or are they the Xbox Stereo Headset.

Controller is up to date. Headset is play stereo headset for xbox one s from eb games

Could be an issue with the headset. Perhaps try a different one?
