    How does your headset connect? With a 3.5 mm audio jack or with a Xbox headset adapter?

    Do you have a stereo headset with two earpieces or a chat headset with just one? If you have a stereo headset, can you hear game audio?

    Would you mind clarifying what happens when your friends join your party?

    You can not take ownership of someone elses account, doing so would be a violation of the XBL Terms of Service and could result in enforcement action being taken against the account.



    What you should do is create your own account and start fresh. That way you won't have to worry about not being able to purchase premium content.

    If you are talking about the age on that account, then unfortunately you cannot change the age on an account.
