1. May we know what platform (Windows 10 or 11 or Xbox Console) are you playing?
   
2. Was this working before?
   
3. Are Windows and Xbox apps (Xbox app, Xbox Game Bar, Xbox Console Companion, Gaming Services and Xbox Accessories) up-to-date?
   
4. Are you using Xbox Wireless Headset? If not, would you mind sharing what headset you are currently using?

Still no chat mixer, I can hear chat but no game play? I still can't get into the headset chat mixer?

If they are basic headphones and not headsets, then there are no drivers, but if they are USB headphones with a USB port, you should check the drivers.
Another suggestion would be to try the headphones on another device, whether it's a PC or console, to verify that they work correctly. Something to consider
is damaged ports or the headphones themselves not working, as well as the compatibility of this connector with the console. This would be all the information

Hi Jose,

I've tried all that you have suggested expect the headset driver. I'm only using a pair of earbuds so I don't think there is a driver to update. It's still not working, even after trying a full reset of the console, do you have any other suggestions?
