Headset Chat Mixer is muting my game audio at full and I can’t lower it cause it is greyed out

I started having the same problem today. It ended up working out of know where but ill list the steps i took just incase it actually did something.

I updated the controller while my headset was plugged in

Performed a hard shut down

Then proceeded to plug my cable into the controller at various speeds and angles

I believe it was most likely that you need to plug in the headset very slowly with even pressure. I know this probably wont help much but i thought id give you something to try. Good Luck!

THIS WORKED. The last part at least. Putting it in slowly with no pressure. I heard some static and now as long as i put it in like that it works
