Headset Audio and Controller Input Glitch/Stutter

I've had my Xbox Series X since Nov. 10th and recently I've been running into an annoying controller connectivity problem that seems to happen in every game I've tested so far. My controller stays connected to the console (I never get a controller disconnected
notification) and I'll be playing the game normally, but every 10-30 seconds, I get a split second controller input stutter/glitch accompanied by a brief buzzing in my headset. I've tested this problem with my old Xbox One controller with the Series X and
I get the same issue. For example, in CoD warzone, I'll be using my right analog stick to look left/right, and whenever the issue pops up, if I'm still holding the analog stick in the left or right position, the input stops for a brief second, my character
stops turning, and then the turning picks up again. Like I said, it only happens for less than a second, but it happens often (at least once every 30 seconds) and it completely throws off my rhythm in multiplayer games. Not to mention the constant periodic
buzzing in my ear is annoying. I've tried updating the controller firmware, resetting the console without deleting the games, hard restarting the console, adjusting my TV input settings, but I haven't been able to fix it.

Has anyone run into the same issue?

I have noticed considerable slowdown from boot time to some games stuttering and the new controller updates seam to cause more and more audio glitches and controller lag than before.

You should just have to designate your audio input microphone as the headset in audio options

Bluetooth controllers cannot use headsets in chat, it only works if you use the official wireless adapter plugged into the controller

Actually, that is not correct. Skype on Xbox One does indeed support using the Xbox headset for Skype calls. if the headset is plugged into the controller, audio input and output will be routed through the headset. there is no way to manually control
if the headset vs. Kinect is used, however.

If you are using a headset connected through your controller, your controller's audio jack is likely broken, if you are using tv audio, check your tv's speakers on other inputs and check your hdmi cable/ try another hdmi cable.

I could not open your OneDrive link anymore, but I sent you my trace data via a link inside a private message. One file is just the game without any input and the other is while spinning the camera. I realized that the stuttering and audio crackling occurs
only when there is input from the Xbox One controller.
