    Headset and Group Chat


    Hi,

    I have an issue : when I join a group out of the game (via the multiplayer « find group » feature) the group chat / voices are on both the TV and the chat headset instead of being on the headset only

    I would like to have the Game sound on the TV and the voice / group chat on the chat headset that I plug to my controller only ? How can I set it up.

    Also - it works well when I am not in a group : if I just join the team chat - this works perfectly : game sound on TV and voices on chat headset.

    The issue is only when I am invited in a friend group on Xbox live and then we join the game together

    Anyone can help ?

    So a couple questions I have is if you are in private chat or group chat with a headset/mic, do you give the XB1 commands through the headset/mic or via the Kinect mic? Also, if you are in private chat or group chat via the Kinect mic, can you still give
    commands to the XB1 through the Kinect mic?

    The Division Mic Issue

    I have the Xbox one stereo headset. And in party chat, people can hear me and I can hear them. But in game, other people cannot hear me, but I can hear them (both group chat and proximity chat). Both VoIP and mic are

    Party Chat WILL BE DISABLED

    lol i hate group chat so coudln't careless :p. I'm still using only messages like the old way. Never ever will buy a headset!

    I have a similar issue....

    After that I did try update my controller, my headset, in any chat (group or skype) the people hear me but I don't hear them...

    When I press the + button from my headset, I do hear the sound of "maximum volume", but even though the chats not working....

    Help me anyone, please.

    Xbox One X - After update my controller dosen't detect any headset I plug in and there is no sound.

    I have some news.

    Namely the mini jack port is just broken so that's the problem. The friend's pad works also the headset adapter.

    But headset adapter works only on voice chat group also on skype but what do I have to do to hear also the sound from the game ?

    I mean I would like the sound from the chat and the game to go directly to the headset, is there any possibility to do that?

    If not, I will file a complaint.
