    Mic not Working

    My main headset is a turtle beach recon 50x stereo headset, I also have some Samsung earbuds and another offbrand set of earbuds. The TB headset and Samsung earbuds both used to work fine, but the new offbrand earbuds were purchased after the issue began
    and have not worked. I also have tested all 3 on a PC with no issues, but do not have another Xbox to test them on.

    If I buy a Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter can I use a xbox 360 headset? Also can I use any genuine 3.5mm headset on xbox one?

    you can use any headset/earbuds on the market except for apple earbuds

    Let's have you take those headsets to a friend's house or local game store for testing in this case.

    So to clarify the earbuds you referenced did work on the same controller, but the headset you say is not working on the same controller?

    With the earbuds plugged in, do you see the headset indicator at the top right of the screen on the Home page?
