    I don't really want to wear a headset to talk to my friend when I play Xbox live games with him. Is there a way to use a microphone and speaker instead? Are any available for the Xbox One?

    A jury-rigged solution I had for a while before I got a headset was getting one of those telephone speakers you can plug it into the controller and it acts as mic and you can just route the party audio through the TV. They're called lie retro phone handsets.

    Hi Dman777CL,

    You can use a Kinect and certain ear buds. I am currently using Turtle Beach ear buds and I really like it. My hair is to big for a headset. The cons with the Kinect is the background noise.

    Thanks, I would rather stay away from a kinect. I had one and sold it. I don't want to put anything in my ears because my ears ring easy. Any other options?
