Headset adapter help?

Discus and support Headset adapter help? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; There is an adapter that doesn't seem to be on the market anymore or at least I can't find it.     There is an adapter that doesn't seem to be on the market anymore or at least I can't find it. I still use it and it works fine on the xbox one controller, if game/party audio are 50/50 i can press a button to increase one and decreasse the other, then it
    has a mute button for your mic and volume adjustment. It is super useful and had everything in one place, just plug it into the bottom of the controller.

    On the new xbox controllers the adapter doesnt work. It seems like the software just isnt supported, xbox doesnt register it is attached to the controller and no button input reacts.

    Any idea how to fix? or just wait for patches?

    Hello AJB,

    Thanks for keeping us updated. The headset adapter would not enable a wireless connection. The headset adapter is used to bypass the 3.5 mm jack on your controller that may be damaged, causing the microphone issues. Here is an article going over the headset

    Windows 10 use requires Bluetooth 4.2+, Xbox Wireless adapter or compatible USB-C cable. Each sold separately, explaining why both the adapter and cable weren't included with the headset.

    Headset adapter help

    It said that there was no updates needed. Also, I have changed the batteries (did not fix it) and tried the headset on my xbox 360 and it did work with that.
