Headphones won’t stay connected

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear the issue is persisting, since you've mentioned to have tried the steps provided above already I suggest you to do the following troubleshooting step:

Perform a Soft Factory Reset(while keeping
games and apps) since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console.

Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.

Sorry to hear that you guys are experiencing difficulty.

It could be a couple of things, depending on the brand of headset. Generally, the steps outlined in

Xbox One Chat Headset troubleshooting would help with resolving most headset problems, so I would try those out if you haven't already.

Also, if it's some third party headset, it might help to get a Xbox One Headset Adapter, as it was designed to help with compatibility problems of any sort.

thanks for reaponse they are xbox 1 controllers both of them have been.

Weve done all of the things on the troubleshooting its driving ne mad!!! It connects but quickly disconnects so not sure what else to do

Its possible that the headphones are fine but the port where you plug them in on the controller is messed up. Try your head phones with a different controller.

Its wired the one that connects straight into contoller. The last lot done it so we brought more and this set is doing the same
