Headphones turn off my controller

    Headphones turn off my controller


    I recently bought a new pair of Nubwo N13 headphones, and a few seconds after i plug them into my controller (wireless) it turn off my controller completely. However my console is still up and running...Anyone knows why?

    If it were a built-in headphone jack, then it would turn off when the controller itself was turned off, right? It connects when I plug in my headset.

    The connector type on the controller is intended to connect chatpads that uses that type of connection.

    About the other thing, unfortunately as you have connected a headphone jack, if the controller turns off, the headphones connected to controller can't receive power to function properly. This Is why is not possible turning off automatically the controller when headphones are connected to it

    I also want to know how to get this issue resolved. I watch VuDu with my headphones plugged into my controller and it shuts off every 15 minutes. Who at microsoft do we contact to ask for a setting they could add on the xbox to let us toggle this on or
    off or a controller firmware update that makes it so it won't turn off if headphones are plugged in?

    If these are wired headphones, consider unplugging them from the controller. If these are wireless headphones, try turning them off when you want to use the surround sound system.
