    Headphones only right side sound is coming when connected to pc.


    Recently I have bought a Red Gear Clock Gaming Headphone (Wired) from Amazon. When I connect it to any mobile phone or tablet the sound comes properly on both side but when I connect it to my windows 10 pro pc only the right side the sound is coming from my headphone......Please help me to solve it ......

    if it works on other devices ok then i assume it is a fault with the port on your pc/laptop, check the volume balance has not bee altered in windows, if it is all set ok then it looks to be a hardware issue with the 3.5mm port and there is nothing we can help with.

    Have you tried out using your headphone with other devices such as phone and PC just to single out whether this sounds only occurs when you're connected to this new controller?
