    Headphones Not Working?


    Hi, when I try using my headphones I'm not receiving any game audio through them. My headphones are the Plantronics RIG 400. I'm using a Steelseries controller adapter as there was no 3.5mm port on the controller, the controllers also been updated. In the
    settings it shows the headphones are connected to the controller but it doesn't show any settings for them anywhere.

    I've watched a lot of videos to try to find a solution but none of them have worked.

    I don't know what else to do, I hope you can help me...thanks!

    I have not heard any issues with the headphone jack. What kind of headphone is he using?

    no sound in headphones

    I can not play using the headphone, they have ceased to reproduce the sound of the games, the headphone work perfectly (Turtle Titanfall Edition), I have also tried using the original console headphone.

    Hello! Did you try to restart the console? Have you tried another phone? Do you use an adapter for the phone in the control or connect directly to the output?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try unplugging the headphones then replug them in to see if that helps. If it does not then try a power cycle on the console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    Did the same thing happen when you unplugged your headphones and tried using the TV as audio output?

    Sometimes game music and sounds mute themselves will you are playing games, I suggest restarting your xbox and doing a power cycle if that doesn't work, by holding down the xbox power button on your console for 10 seconds, before releasing and pressing the
    power button again.
