    Hola, tengo unos audífonos HypereX cloud revolver, los conecto al mando de series X y no funcionan, en la pantalla se puede ver el icono de audífonos (como si estuvieran funcionando) pero no sé escucha nada en los audífonos.

    Translation:

    Hello, I have some HypereX cloud revolver headphones, I connect them to the xbox series X controller/control and they do not work, on the screen you can see the headphones icon (as if they were working) but I do not hear anything in the headphones.

    Thx for ur response, but standard USB mics for Xbox one, PS4 or nintendo switch dont work on Xbox series x. I tested them...

    The only thing works fine is headphones + mic. But si not a good solution for me and karaoke games.

    It would be nice that Microsoft sold official microphones that work with Xbox series x.

    Geri, I'm not sure if you still are receiving this thread but I did get my replacement Xbox controller today and I hooked it up to my series X and everything worked fine except that there is no sound coming through my wired headphones. These are Arctis Prime Steel Series wired headphones that worked fine with all my other controllers and just recently with my Xbox series X controller but when I connected to the Elite control they sent me it does there's no sound coming through. I cleaned the port a harder rebooted my Xbox Series X I updated the firmware and still no results.

    Do you have any suggestions?
