Headless epic account is not trackable please help.

So, I have tried for months to get this working every time I go to like epicgames.com/register/xbl it just gives me this error, and I have tried everything, from watching videos to even contacting epic support. Now I've come to Microsoft because they said this a problem on your end so please if you can help me to find out what on earth is going on, that would be greatly appreciated. I really just want to be able to have fun trading on rocket league and stuff so PLEASE help me.
