    So i know this scammer who scammed me and I know two other emails he has connected to an account, If he scammed me i kinda want to get him back is it possible to get him banned for using his acc to scam 10's of people?

    Regrettable what happened to you.

    Unfortunately that type of people are still banned from their accounts, they will simply create new identities and continue doing the same. It is advisable to learn to scientify when someone wants to scam you and avoid it.
