He keeps on falsely reporting me

It was the last day of season 9 and i was trying to complete the rest of my fortybytes. I had one left to do and there was only around 5 minutes left until the season ended. So i was able to get into a match, i went to the location that were my fortybyte
was collected but there was another enemy player there and i did this thing that you do if you dont want to be killed and youre being friendly which is crouching. But he still kiled me and the season ended so i was unable to collect my last fortybyte. Obviously,
i was angry and asked him why he did that. Then he said that and called me stupid and i told him to 1v1 me on fortnite and he then said no he doesnt 1v1 noobs. So we aruged a bit and swore at eachother and insulted eachother. Then that day i got a notice of
enforcement from xbox saying that im suspened for a day. Sorry if i make any spelling errors im typing this on my phone and it glitches when i try to type. So anyone, i received a notice from enforcement that im suspended for a day due to complaints filed
by another player! So i was really mad because he started the whole argument by calling me stupid and now had the adaucity to report me! After my suspension i asked him why he reported me and ill put a screenshot of that

He then said because i was being toxic which is kind of hypocrtical hence the fact he was being toxic too. So i asked him to 1v1 me again and he said no then he reported me again and i got really angry this time! I understood the first time because i swore
but this time i spoke to him i didnt even say a single swear word. He falsely reported me and xbox suspended me again! How unjust is that! I then reported him for false reporting but i dont think xbox even did anything because i didnt even get any sort of
response from them!! Then look what he said. He even admitted to deleting his messages. When reporting me to make him look innocent! After i got unsuspended two days ago i just blocked him. Then yesterday i was in a party with my friend then ive been suspended
once again! He had falsely reported me again even though i havent talked to him! Ive blocked him, reported him, ive dine everything what else can ido?

Please block this person. It’ll save you so much aggravation and you want have to deal with this again! Sorry that someone is taking their time to harass you like this

There is no time scale and each message you sent can be reported days, weeks, months after they were sent. Don't engage with toxic gamers and never send a message that uses language that can be deemed to violate the code of conduct

Block ignore and set contacts to friends only

If ita a communication suspension it can only be asg you sent that they can report

Since hes doing iy on multiple accounts that means yoi are engaging on multiple msgs

Unless you are being in party and they all sre the conversation

In which case its your fault for not blocking him as you wouldnt be in party witb him

If you have done nothing wrong, then i would not bother abot it . Just ignore and block is all you can do . And is the best thing to do in this situation 👍

I know, the first time we argued we both swore and stuff and he reported me and i got suspended. Then, when i asked him why he reported me and i asked him to 1v1 me on fortnite he reported me again! That was a false report because i had said anything bad
to him! Then i got suspended over a false report. I was unsuspended two days ago then yesteray i was in a party with my friend and i got reported and suspended! I havent even talked to him?

so what youre basically saying is that even he reported me because of something i said, and i get suspended for it, he can keep on reporting me for the same thing i said? Even after i have already being suspended for it? If so, thats so unfair and unjust!
