    What to do with money on a Child Account

    Hello, I've used a pre-paid card to add some money to my child's account but it seems he can't buy any (items) games from the Xbox Live store due to some age restriction. The age he has set on that account is 16 yet he can't buy even the 3+ games. I've checked
    all the Family Settings and he does have a permission to buy anything from the Store. Can that money be actually used for something or do we have to wait until he's 18?

    Hi, i've just added my Paypal account as billing options, but it wont let me buy my Live Gold subscription, do you know why? I've not tried yet to buy anything else from the store, but there's money on my Paypal account and it wont let me buy it anyway,

    If it doesn't show any useful information you might want to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they might be able to do a more indepth check into the issue to try and determine a possible cause.

    microsoft account balance isn't showing up in store

    Hi,

    No I didn't see an error message it just didn't let me buy it because it was showing I didn't have enough funds in the store on xbox one. But when I went into my account settings the money was there. I ended up buying it on the web through the Microsoft
    website so obviously the funds were there. For some reason the xbox one store is not linking and updating the account properly.
