Discus and support HDMI Stopped Working on Xbox 1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; After just a couple weeks the hdmi input from my directv is no longer working.     HDMI Stopped Working on Xbox 1


    After just a couple weeks the hdmi input from my directv is no longer working. I have connected the cable directly to the tv and it is working properly. Anyone else have a suggestion or do I need to return this already.

    I'm having this problem with a few DVDs.

    On probably a related note-- the "HDMI Auto-Detect" function stopped working. This has worked on this tv before and for some reason it stopped working. I had to manually select HDMI.

    -I've switched HDMI Cables

    -I've power cycled the XBOX One

    -I've power cycled my TV

    -I'm fairly confident that I've played this DVD on the XBox one before and it's stopped working

    -I'm running the beta UI updates

    HDMI: HDMI Audio has stopped working on my Monitor.

    OPTICAL AUDIO: Don't have any Optical Audio speaker systems.

    P8ntguy,

    Change the HDMI cable with a 2.0 or better. Make sure the cable is plugged in all the way on the Xbox One. Run STB (cable/sat box) HDMI Xbox One HDMI TV. Repair/exchange likely won't fix the issue, as the cause is not a "failure" with the Xbox One (at least
    it does not sound that way). Try the 'good' HDMI cables, and post back what happens!

    Yes, I hooked up my SNES mini with hdmi on my monitor and it works just fine. I normally use hdmi 1 but when it stopped working I tried hdmi 2 as well.

    I have the same problem. Iv tried countless tactics but nothing is working. i have sound but no picture. I even went as far as buying an HDMI/DMI adapter. Still nothing. Did you ever get yours working?
