HDMI Fault how do I speak to someone

Thanks for trying to help me but you can close the thread now, I don't have the time or the patience to try and deal with Microsoft customer support

I have to agree this has to be the worst customer service area I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, the console is just over a year old. I have given up trying to deal with them and have booked a repair at a cost of £90.

After years of staying loyal to microsoft since their first xbox it will be a ps5 for me this winter

If that is not working, then you would need to contact support. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not
seeing those options, you'd need to change your category/topic until you do. Billing and Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work for me.

You are doing exactly what Microsoft hoped you would do ..getting impatient and so irritated...that after several failed attempts at trying to get them to communicate with you....that you just give up. Just about every single successful company uses
this protocol.
