    My Dashboard Is Slow

Yeah, it sounds like HDD issues or maybe overheating... since you're getting someone to check the HDD, wait for them to tell you if it's messed up or not. If it isn't the HDD, look into possible overheating issues...

Have you tried changing the hdd?

I've read news about it that you can change the stock hdd. I'm wondering if anyone's done it and is it worth it seeing that opening it up will most definitely void the warranty. The stock hdd really is lacking in terms of space and performance. Unless Microsoft is going to patch external hdd support, this method is really tempting right now.

    New Hard-drive = Slow Box

The 250gb hdd that you bought for it, is it an official MS hdd or a third party hdd?

    Cleaning my Xbox One S

That is a problem of HDD. I would suggest to get an extern hdd. That's mean the internal HDD only will work with the SO. The HDD could have bad sectores.

This is what I think should be done about games with multiple discs.

Games are written to run from disc. Installing the games to HDD does not change this. The games still behave as if they're running from optical media, not HDD. Read error on the HDD? You get a disc read error in-game. If they cache to the 360 HDD, when installed
to HDD they then thrash the HDD as they try to cache from a HDD image to the cache area on the HDD (big problem for Halo 3).

For better or for worse, I would not expect anything to change this generation.

    No HDD?

I'll just give Halo a miss tbh, she doesn't play that much, plus the main reason i bought the 4GB was because my sister sold me Kinect, couple of games and the console.... after selling the kinect as i already had one and the games it worked out
i got BLOPS, MW2 and the 4GB slim for £40.

    HDD

You wouldn't be able to use it back and forth if that's what you mean. Each time you switch you would have to reconfigure it.
