HDD fragment data issue Need to be fix

Dear Xbox Team or Microsoft Team.

i'm sick and tired of having to keep reformatting my Xbox one and Xbox one S just because it has a Fragmented Data issue,

Let me tell you about the things i have done on my side to role out any issue's so you dont just say ( have you done this )

- Hard rebooted making sure the power is turned off by the main,

- Clear persistent storage,

- Tryed without a disc in the tray

- Moving my Games to an External HDD

- Testing my internet making sure its not a internet related issue ( 19ms ping with a 1ms ping diffence all port for the game are Open )

- Removing the save file for the game including the 1GB data for some game's ( call of duty )

- Clearing MAC address so it fully refreshes the internet on the Xbox

now that i'v done what you was already thinking let explain my reason why i know its an Fragment data issue, if i'm downloading a game and their like maybe 20 things queued to download for some reason ( xbox like to Stop at some random number let say 30%
and keep saying intalling... for a while then it will stop intalling that game and focus on another game leaving that game at 30% untill it done everything else, i'v moved the game to an SSD and this helps a lot with the loading and FPS drops in game are gone,

their need to be something that can fix this issue for people using HDD and help them, i can simple use my SSD for my game's altho it gonna kills the write cycles but i would reather kill an SSD then having FPS drops because the game is still loading and
load in game faster and not lose 20-30 seconds of gameplay in mutiplayer matches.

Do somthing please. ( this is proply the reason why Call of duty WW2 player are still having a spectator glitch ( because the game is still loading when they load in unable to spawn as it try to focus on the player model's and Gun's.

Maybe FastStart update will sort it out. but add a defragment option for poeple that already download and dont just want to unintall and reintall to have the benefits of that.

also sorry if i sound like i'm a little Mad but i have to download 1.5TB worth of games and it gonna take 4-6 days to intall them all again in order. Again.

Xbox360 freezes on StartUp screen...

I have a similar issue. HDD will eventually load. Can I buy a new one and transfer data to fix the problem? I want save data before drive crashes. Loads fine when drive is removed. I assume data transfer will not bring problem to new Hdd?

Also would reformat fix the issue?

If re-seating the HDD didn't fix the issue and a HDD is showing up in storage then your FAT was wiped and there is no way to recover the data.
