    HDD crashed in my one x, I can't get it to update


    Hey guys I have a one X that the HDD must have died because I cannot update with OSU 1 2 or 3 I have even tried new HDD.

    I get a E101 error as soon as I do the offline update and at boot I get the e106 my system says os is 22621.4453.amd64fre.xb_flt_2305ni.2305.23042-2200

    Issue has been going on for a few days

    Resident Evil 0

    I played past the part where you are on top of the train. The game didn't crash for me. However I read that if you get past the train scene it might crash before the final boss. I haven't gotten that far in resident evil 0 so I can't confirm that.
    Also all the videos I've seen on youtube suggest it is only a problem for xbox one x. I don't own an xbox one x so I can't confirm that either. The new update could have fixed it because all the newest post talking about the problem are from january 2019.
    Oh and you can try to quickly skip the cutscene that triggers the system crash. Videos on youtube show the exact spot it is.

    I have two Xbox One's (Day one editon and a One X), both an external HDD (1TB), latest update and no issues.

    Well no as you installed an unauthorized hdd

    You can't replace.hdds.the osu is not for rewriting hdds and wr can't help with self rrpair

    Your only option is to use the OG hdd

    Since you can't buy an xbox one x new you have to deal with the seller for repair since xbox ones are no longer covered by warranty
