    External hard drive is not being recognized by console. My controllers are also no longer synced to console. I've noticed that when this happens, the sync button on the front of the console doesn't register when it is pushed. The controller issue seems to resolve itself after a period of inactivity, but my hard drive is still not being recognized by me series x

    it seems that the problem has to do with the synchronization you should re-synchronize it with your xbox, remember that both the control and the xbox have synchronization buttons, that should solve the problem

    Hello Brando, Have you already tried to delete the control from the Windows bluetooth synchronization list, in the case of the PC you are downloading Fortnite directly through the Epic launcher.
