Havn't received my last two deosits when over 5000 points

I looked at my lifetime history and the last 2 scheduled deposits never showed up which was in August and September and im afraid my 3rd which will be on March 10th wont show up either and all of them have been over 5000 points

Reward Credits stemming back to 360 haven't been converted to current Microsoft credits

I get a monthly rewards statement saying I ahve about 5700 reward points or credits. They were supposed to be converted into microsoft dollars when it went over 5000 points. It has been over 5000 points since around the time xbox one came out. When they
switched from microsoft ponts to dollars there has been an issue with getting credit on my purchases in the xbox store. So, I have two problems. The conversion of the over 5000 points has not been turned into microsoft dollars for about 2 years. Secondly,
I have not been getting credit for those purchases in the last two years into the existing rewards system on the xbox store on my xbox one. I have spent alot of money in the store with no credit.

(since we are adding and not taking away funds). As you can see from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, your most recent deposit occurred today.

BS sniping in DropZone. When I don't have any friends on this used to be the gametype I played. All it is is QS's now, and they never go for the objective. Timer ran out on my last two matches and I had over 5000 points each in each of those matches. So
lame.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you earn them. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Credits
have to remind pending for 1 deposit cycle.

So if you got the 10,000 early this month, they will be deposited at th next deposit which will be the 29th. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

I cannot tell when you reached the 5000 points mark (or eventually made an early deposiot request) but remember that if you have reached 5000 or more by the end of last month, those should be converted by the 15th of this month.

If you reach 5000 points between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you reach 5000 points between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

As an example, last month I got to 5250 on the 12th and got the deposit on the 29th.

If you have been waiting for more than what I explained, then support will have to look into it.
