Havnt receieved my halo was definitive edition code

Haven't received my halo was definitive edition code

purchased 4th of march 2017

talked to 30 different Xbox support people and i was eventually told to come here

if this is not resolved im demanding a refund for false advertising

Halo wars code

told to come here after I got off the phone with customer support dealing with halo wars 2 definitive edition. Bought it on 11 Jan and still havnt gotten the code

my halo wars definitive edition does not download and asks me to re purchase halo wars 2 please send me my code for me to get halo wars definitive edition.
