    Noticed this so far with Warzone and now netflix.

    had no issues with rocket league

    any ideas how to fix this, ive tried a hard reset.

    I suggest you'll need to either get your console repaired. Best option.

    Looks like a fault with the console. Since you have tested another console on the same TV and did not see this graphical error. This points to a failure of the systems APU (Advanced processing unit). I may also point out that I have seen this error before, and it was always failing hardware.

    You'll need to either get your console repaired or replaced unfortunately.
