Having trouble with rewards on Xbox live rewards..

So on Xbox for months it's been saying

my question is how do I get all of that to redeemable?! It should have been awhile ago...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Xbox Live Rewards! For issues and questions on the Reward program, lets get you over to the

Xbox Live Rewards Forums where the right team can look into this.

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. They haven't been deposited yet because you haven't reached that point. Since you do have over 1,000 credits, you can request a deposit on the
MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

If you want a deposit before this amount, from the FAQ:

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into
your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.
