    been trying to look up everything on the internet for my wireless 360 controller has issues lil bit too my 360 controller is old and wired im trying to plug it into a 3.0 usb extender but while in-game after 2 or 3 mins the controller dies the controller light on the Xbox button is still on it works when I plug it into the PC USB port its self but iv tried 3 different extenders nothing works im in windows 11 on steam do I need to buy a wired Xbox one controller?

    Not sure what's happened here but the problem is either with the controller hardware itself or the Xbox 360. The 360 controllers can be used on both interchangeably. It won't become a 'Windows 360 controller' after you use on a PC. I have an old 360 that I fire up every now and again, my controller works on both my PC and my 360.

    The only handheld gaming controllers that seem to work right now are Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers. I recently bought a wired Xbox 360 controller and it works fine. From what I've read on various discussion forums, some people seem to have trouble with
    the Xbox wireless controllers, which is why I got a wired one. NOTE: I was able to download and install the game by plugging in my old Logitech Wingman Rumblepad, even though this controller doesn't work with the game. It seems that you can have any old USB controller
    plugged in to satisfy the hardware requirements for download but only the two Xbox controllers I mentioned above actually work with the game. A fair number of racing
    wheels are supported but check the list in the game before running out to buy a wheel if you thought about doing that. Hope this helps.

    Right analog stick moving by itself.

    Not happened to me in titanfall or any other xb1 game yet but it plagued me on the 360.

    Every single black or silver controller for the 360 I have owned does this.

    Its like only the white controllers were well made. The others had badly centred sticks.

    But so far my two x1 controllers are fine.
