    I'm sorry for the trouble. Let's check the status of the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If the system was able to get the pre-order charged 10 days prior to the game releases the status should be "completed".

    Wrong. It was reported the day before yesterday that gamers were preordering the PS4 over the XBone on a 2:1 scale. Combine that with all the polling and customer feedback, and MS obviously knew they were in trouble. This 180 was caused directly by preorders
    and customer feedback.

    I'm not trying to abuse it. Like I said I don't really have the money to buy the game so I'm going to cancel it until I have the money to re preorder. Why would I get in trouble for that?
