having trouble using two xboxs

hi

i have xbox ultimate subscription with two xbox console one is the home xbox sharing with other users the other is my xbox with the main user my issue is i cannot play offline games in my xbox it use to work before i contact xbox community with no fix need i fix for this issue be aware that i already reset my xbox.

When you purchase a game, you get 2 licenses to play it. One for whichever console you have as the home console, and one for the profile you used to purchase the game. Only the console license can be moved to another Xbox, which can be used by another profile and offline.

The profile license can only be used online, as it checks to see if you own the license to play the game.

thanks for the reply this is not acceptable for me why should i do this I'm using my main user so it should go offline like it used to be.

To play digital games offline, you have to have the console set as the home console, and turn the setting to make the console go offline, otherwise the console has to stay online to play the games.

I think we should be allowed two. I had an Xbox 360 as my backup and it worked essentially as a second home Xbox. Now that I upgraded to the X I was hoping my Xbox one would be able to serve that same purpose... I'm considering putting the 360 back.

Hi there,

An account can only have 1 console designated as it's home console at a time.

If you have a second console, as long as it is connected to the Live servers, you can access all your content on that console as well.
