    Having trouble uploading and deleting clips


    Ive been having this problem since last night where Ill try to upload a clip, it will upload and when I pull it up it’ll just say “Something went wrong Please try again later”, Also when I try deleting a clip it will look like it has been deleted but when I check captures again its still there.

    The exact same thing happened to me yesterday! I've been trying to figure out the issue via reddit and here but nothing seems to work.

    Hi, I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    There are multiple reports regarding this so this can be a temporary issue on the server. There are no official announcements yet from Microsoft but you can also try some steps that can help us that might help:

    Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try uploading your clips again.

    If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    then check again.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to see the Upload Studio trouble. To clarify, does this happen when you try to watch all clips, or is this only with your clips? If it's with your clips, try deleting some older clips t clear up space, then power cycle your Xbox One followed by recording
    a new clip.

    Keep us in the loop with how it goes.
