Having trouble starting a game, tells me to install

I'm using the Xbox for Windows 10 Beta and I'm having a very strange problem. So, I tried launching a game several times and it didn't, so I thought I'd reinstall it to see if it would work. Afterwards, it kept giving me an error, so I followed instructions
to reinstall GamingServices. Gave it time, it reinstalled, then when I went to install Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition once more, the download suddenly said finished. Tried again, but it kept trying to get me to install the program with no option to play.
I have tried deleting the folder I've found located in WindowsApps, but it tells me it's write-protected. Any help would be appreciated

What version of Windows are you using? What Build?

Try to update you windows and after that try to uninstall and install apps again from powershell (run as admin). Check this: https://qwertyarticles.com/2018/04/08/using-powershell-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-windows-10-apps/

You try to do a system recovery to a date befor make that?

Do you check at the Installed Apps list?

Thanks for the reply. I tried looking for the app in my powershell list, but couldn't find it. Even using asterisks while using the commands did not work. I believe it just uninstalled incorrectly and now the system isn't even recognizing the folder. Any
way to get around this? I am using version 10.0.1836 Build 1836.
