Can you explain exactly what your issue is and what you are experiencing trouble with? I'd love to try and help, but there's not much info to go on in your first post.

Hi,

I'm assuming that you're being asked to agree to the terms of use which was just recently updated. If that's the case and you can no longer access your parental e-mail account due to it being hacked then you will need to do one of two things. You can try to
reset your password, and if that doesn't work you can try to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form located
here.

If neither options work I'm afraid that you won't be able to agree to those terms or access the account. In order to
promote your account from a child to an adult you still need to be able to agree to the terms of use one last time. Inability to do
this means that you're locked out of the account.

Try a hard reboot of the console. Hold the power until the console turns off, unplug for 5min, plug back in and power on. Then try your purchase.

I talked to Xbox support earlier and they told me that you can't buy 360 games through your Xbox One because that shop is just the Xbox One catalog. They told me to buy on Xbox.com but that there were issues with purchasing on the website today.

As Top Ace Falcon suggested above, if you would like to purchase an Xbox 360 game to play on your Xbox One console, you will need to purchase the game from xbox.com or from an Xbox 360 console. Thanks!

Hi LeastAlarm,

If you are unable to send/receive friend requests this could indicate a network issue. Please try the following steps:

1) Simply unplug your router for 30 seconds, and plug it back in again. This resolves a lot of network related issues

2) Run the network test from the Settings --> System --> Network area - see if it comes back with a NAT issue or anything similar.
