    Having trouble purchasing games.


    I am having trouble purchasing games I can not buy any game on my Xbox 360 gives me error. Can it be a setting that I have on my Xbox One or a diffrent issue?

    Having trouble purchasing?

    Try a hard reboot of the console. Hold the power until the console turns off, unplug for 5min, plug back in and power on. Then try your purchase.

    I talked to Xbox support earlier and they told me that you can't buy 360 games through your Xbox One because that shop is just the Xbox One catalog. They told me to buy on Xbox.com but that there were issues with purchasing on the website today.

    As Top Ace Falcon suggested above, if you would like to purchase an Xbox 360 game to play on your Xbox One console, you will need to purchase the game from xbox.com or from an Xbox 360 console. Thanks!
