    Having trouble playing Fortnite


    We keep getting an error that it can’t connect to

    Do I need to buy something else aside the Console Gamepass to be able to play games?

    I bought Fortnite and when It is loggin in I still get the “Choose the plan that’s right for you”

    After selecting the profile, and pressing enter, we get

    ”An unexpected error occurred while signing in to your ACOUNT FOR XBOX LIVE. Please try again later.

    We restarted and we keep getting the samething.

    If you don't have it, you need a Gold subscription to be able to play online.

    Game Pass is like Netflix for games. You get access to a library of games to play, but you do need Gold to play them online.

    Game Pass Ultimate is a bundled subscription that includes both.

    contact Fortnite Support    . What platform are you playing Fortnite on? The closest thing to changing the display name in Fortnite would be to set up a gamertag change that would then be reflected in game.
