having trouble on refunded a game in microsoft bought with amex linked in my gcash

Hi i currently refunded a game in microsoft and after a few hours it already emailed me that the refund was processed but when i checked my gcash balance the money is not yet returned. I bought it through amex linked in my gcash account

From the information described by Xbox, the refund is always directed to your original payment method in this case it would be Gcash.

Hello thanks for the reply... I used Gcash and pay it through amex will the money be refunded back to Gcash?

When your refund request is accepted it does not happen immediately, it is first processed by your bank and depending on them it may take a couple of business days to reach your payment method. It can take up to 3 to 5 business days.

I am planning to avail the PC gamepass in the Philippines. but Microsoft doesn't seem to accept my payment method. I am currently using a Paymaya with a Visa Virtual Card, a paypal linked to said Visa card, and an AMEX virtual card on Gcash. All of these cards seem to fail, and I have cash inside those accounts. These cards are accepted on other sites such as Steam and Coursera, I also adjusted the address on my account to match the billing address. I am out of options on trying to buy the gamepass.

Same problem from me I already tried going to Microsoft account | payment options and putting the same details of my paymaya card. The error is "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." but it is correct im sure of it 100% cause i used it on other sites like google play/steam/epic games/ubisoft and more just on microsoft that i cant use it.
