having trouble loading into games

I’m having an issue where every time I try to get into a game on Modern Warfare 2 it kicks me out and says I have been signed out of my account which isn’t true. I tried to reset my game, reset my xbox, test network connection, test multiplayer connections everything please help.

Hello Steve, we've received a lot of similar reports regarding Modern Warfare 2, you say you've already reset the console, what kind of reset you've done, keeping games and apps or erasing everything?

Your console would be the new generation Series S/X or the old one, if it is the new you came to remove the games from quick resume?

If you can give more details, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I’ve reset the console in general holding down the power button and resetting, I have the series X, I don’t know to remove games from quick resume, I haven’t deleted anything.

Hello again, try to reset your console keeping games and Apps.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Hi Agent Smith913, We have looked into this problem for you and it seems that Xbox Is having a Content and Purchase issue which can be the reason why you can't run the game or Install it
