Having trouble keeping unwanted players out of my paid Minecraft realm

Hello, I have a Minecraft realm. I am looking for new players to keep it interesting but when I have problem players that I need to ban they simply come back as new profile gamertags. What is the best way to remove them completley? It's a paid realm so I
really hope there is some kind of ability to control who I want to prevent from tearing it up

I am no pro at realma but I know you can set regular Minecraft invite only. I know you want new players, but, if people can just come and go i don't think there is much of a solution.

I can make it where it's invite only but the game will die quick.. I'm looking to get players locked out regardless of what profile they create. Seems like this would be a violation of Xbox conduct but I can't figure out how to get them to do anything.
