Having trouble finding new Night Mode setting for controllers.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console and keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, and games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

you press RB to call in a second defender and you can turn off the new defence system by going to your control settings and swithching from tactical to legacy but only for offline modes, when you play online it has to be in tactical and you should find the
buttong layout somewhere in the control settings

My 1yr old son was playing with my controller and it happened. Might be a setting on the Xbox controller to change level of blue light filtering. Go to settings and somewhere there you will see night mode settings change level of blue light being filtered that fixed it for me hope it helped someone.

I too am experiencing this issue. My Xbox fully turns itself off every night despite having it set to standby mode. Not even the controller will turn it, I have to physically hit the button on the console to power it on the next day.

Yes you can. It can be hard to find alpha games late at night though, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a match
