    do anyone have this problem which this happen when I had to reinstalled the program

    Won't finish downloading

    You took my money for the premium game, now fix it. Puzzles (started with camping) won't finish downloading. So I tried another and now they don't finish either. Please fix it. I am not the only one having this problem. I use to
    enjoy the puzzles but when you can't play them it SUCKS!

    Jigsaw Not Woring

    I have the same issue. I paid for the puzzles, and the game just crashes when clicking on the download button on that puzzle.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
    If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried to download 2 puzzles and can't get them to download. It takes my bars but will not finish download.
