i'm having trouble converting my points into Currensy on Xbox live because one minute it said it will be in there on the 27th of this month and now it's saying make a request for 5-11-2017, what do I do?

Microsoft Points Convertion

Can someone pls convert my reward points into currency in my account I can't figure it out and xbox keeps telling me the forums can fix it.GamerTag I have 7,800 reward points that are not converting into my account every 15 and 30 pls help!

Right. I get that. I am aware that Microsoft is converting points into currency in waves. I was just wanting to clarify what was meant by "migration" because "migration of points and/or currency" and "points to currency conversion" imply two different
issues. I wanted to make sure I understood what was being stated before I continued to try and fix something that wasn't a problem. lol

He deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. If you requested a deposit when it still listed the 27th as the date, then they should be deposited on the 27th.

Hello ExpHD, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If the game is available for you to order and you have enough points to convert to credit on your account this can be done. What you would need to do is convert your points to the highest level of currency to your account. Here in Canada that means converting my points to $25 increments several times. Once done I can then use that currency to buy what I want.

Your Microsoft points should have been converted to currency now as points are no longer available to buy, if you are still having trouble I suggest speaking to xbox support as they will be able to check your account for you.

Yeah,it will automaticly convert the points into currency.

You can still use the old points cards,like i said,it will convert the points into currency.
